ArtBox Atelier Policies

Registration
We strongly encourage you to pre-register to ensure a space in a class. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Spot is secured with full payment for the session. Registration form and full payment must be received before first day of pick up.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Dropped Classes And Workshops
Classes are canceled when enrollment minimums are not reached (min 8 students). Cancellation begins approximately one week before the scheduled first class. Students will be notified if classes are canceled and will be eligible for a full refund or class credit.

Tuition is refundable for all classes and workshops dropped more than one week prior to the session start date, minus a $15 cancellation fee. A 50% studio credit (no refund) can be applied for classes dropped during the week prior to the session start date and during the first week of the session. Classes dropped after the first week of the session are not eligible for a credit or refund except in cases of a medical emergency. Parents are responsible for notifying the ArtBox staff that they wish to drop a class or workshop. Not attending class does not constitute an official withdrawal or cancellation of tuition or fees. Custom workshops, visiting artist workshops, and summer camps have separate cancellation policies. Below, please see each class for their individual policies.

Covid-19 In-Person Class Refund Policy
If you have been exposed to or display symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to ArtBox for your in-person class. Contact us immediately and we will offer a prorated credit (never expires) or refund for all missed classes within 7 days period.

Summer Camp Cancelation and Payment Policy
Tuition for summer camps is refundable, minus a $15 cancellation fee for each session week, if the office is notified by June 20th or at least one week prior to each camp start date.

Camps dropped after one week prior to the start date are eligible for 50 % ArtBox refund. Absences due to Covid-19 or other medical reasons will be eligible for a camp credit. 50% deposits for summer camp registrations are accepted until May 30th. All open balances from registrations made with deposits must be paid in full by June 20th 2021. Registrations made after May 30th must be paid in full.

Covid-19 In-Person Camp
If you or your child have been exposed to or display symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to ArtBox for your in-person camp. We will offer a prorated credit (never expires) or refund for the remainder of your camp and for any cancellations due to suspected COVID-19 infection and/or exposure.

Custom Classes and Workshops Cancellation Policy
Custom classes and workshops that are canceled after a deposit is made will result in the forfeiting of the deposit. If you would like to reschedule, your deposit can be held and applied to a different date. Custom classes are not refundable.

Credits
Tuition credits are good indefinitely towards any classes or workshops and are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances. If ArtBox cancels a class, students are eligible for a full refund. Class credits or refunds are issued for classes dropped dueCovid-19 or to documented medical emergency reasons. Camp tuition credits can only be used for camps, classes, and workshops and are not redeemable for cash value.

Low Enrollment
ArtBox does reserve the right to cancel classes, workshops and camps due to low enrollment. If a class is canceled, students are eligible for a full refund. You will be contacted at least 3 days prior to the start date of the class. A minimum enrollment of 8 students is usually required for a class to run. Please register early to ensure your preferred class will run.

Holidays
Classes that fall on major holidays do not count towards session based classes (all are listed on registration form).

There is no make up for classes that fall on holidays and are part of monthly program.

Missed Classes
Right now due to limited space and Covid-19 regulations there are no make-up classes. No refunds or credits will be issued for classes that were scheduled to run and not attended by the student.

Tools
All materials are included in programs tuition and will be provided to every student.

Code of Conduct
ArtBox is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all students. We reserve the right to refuse student retention for those who violate the Code of Conduct without incurring obligations.

Photography Release
By registering for ArtBox classes, workshops, programs you grant ArtBox permission to photograph or videotape your child’s participation and/or art. ArtBox retains the right to use these images at its discretion for social media and promotional, advertising purposes without incurring obligation.
