We are excited to announce the reopening of ArtBox Atelier Brooklyn, Greenpoint afterschool program, with close to a decade of experience.
On May 1st 2021 we welcomed students to our new location – 165 Nassau Ave – designed and equipped especially for our program needs. Though we’ve missed the creative energy of our students, “little artists” and their parents during the past year, we’ve used this time to explore resources, to plan an amazing program, and – most of all – to build us a new comfortable home, close to McGolrick and McCarren Park! This is a great improvement! We are so excited, we can’t wait for you to see the transformation!

Who Are We?
ArtBox was founded in 2013 by two creative moms. Over the years lots of students learned, created and explored with us after school, over weekends, and during Summer Camps. Our program is designed to fit your schedule. We understand the importance of infusing fun with art to encourage and enable children to express their creativity.
Why We StartedArtBox Atelier
We believe that the best art is fun art.
Our inspiration is driven by the memories from our own childhoods. Unlike today’s kids, we didn’t grow up with smartphones or iPads or unlimited access to visual entertainment. Rather, we relied upon our own imaginations, trying new things, and making messes.
Our goal is to create an environment that embraces the natural creativity and wild imaginations of children. At ArtBox, there is no “right way” to create art, there is only a “fun way.”
